“The Home Inspectors Guide to 203k Consulting" is an educational curriculum designed specifically for FHA 203k renovations consisting of 6 educational video modules with workbooks, templates and spreadsheets combined with a training component that includes appx. 40 videos pertaining to estimating, software functions, program protocol for consultants including organizational and risk management disciplines. Each member will be required to acknowledge a Licensed User Agreement.
