About Us

Our President, Dominic Valenti, has 40 years as a General Contractor, Builder and Developer, and 10 years of experience as a HUD Consultant. He brings his experience of residential home building, project development, risk management, with extensive knowledge of HUD regulations and guidelines. He has trained and mentored many Consultants, in addition to Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Appraisers.

Our Program Manager, Tracey Inglimo, has 29 years of experience as a Project, Portfolio, and Program Manager in the residential/civil engineering industry, 9 years as a 203k Consulting professional, and almost 3 years in the public sector. She has developed tools and templates for PM development programs and has authored the various project management tools and documents contained in our training courses. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and is a member of PMI, both international and the Washington, D.C. Chapter and volunteers with the Strategy & Governance team. She also has an ITILv3 certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

We, as 203k Consulting Pros, share a common standard of providing, consistency, clarity, content, and a continued effort, not only to provide the highest level of our work, but to promote our collective integrity and that we welcome in good fellowship, those that share these common principles: that we will use our best skills as Consultants to explain in detail, the Standards by which we practice to those we serve; that we will act within the HUD Guidelines, as HUD Consultants, and uphold the FHA Single Family Housing Policy Handbook, 4000.1, literally and as practicable.

Because we are the singular provider offering the most comprehensive, multi-faceted curriculum for HUD Consultant training. We have the strategic, administrative, and management components combined with practical and collaborative experience from practicing as HUD Consultants and specific organizational disciplines necessary for 203k consulting.
